“Pop” in side of stomach??

I’m probably overreacting...

But felt like a pressure in my left side so was rubbing it and sort of pushing it when it made a sound like I’d popped a bubble? Now it’s sort of just uncomfortable but feels ok.

Is this just gas or something I need to get checked out? Might sound bad but I don’t really know where the baby is at this time and last scan was weeks ago!

How many weeks are you? You could ring your maternity triage ward

16 weeks sorry, it was a muffled pop and only happened when I was rubbing my side (quite hard..Confused)

It sounds like baby moving

I'm 14+2 and get this occasionally. I've just decided to ignore it and presume it's something stretching.

PossibiliTea · 17/11/2017 17:18

Ah really!

I’m worried that I’ve damaged something? Although I wasn’t pressing any harder than when they did my dating scan.

Still have some discomfort on that side, might ring triage in the morning I just don’t want to waste their time over what’s probably gas?

If there is no bleeding and no pattern Ie contractions I wouldnt worry.
Could be:
Gas
Baby moving
Ligament stretching

Loose that makes a lot of sense actually thank you

When I bent down during my last pregnancy (or attempted to anyway) I could hear little pops inside, apparently it was baby... really freaked me out though! Sounded like his limbs were dislocating or something!

That’s amazing BBB! I’ve never been this pregnant before so no idea what to expect. It’s funny I had a thought the other day that something felt more like movement than gas movement.
