I wake up every morning feeling like I've got the worlds worst hangover. (I don't drink AT ALL) I have a healthy diet and even though I feel sick all the time I make sure I eat regularly and healthily throughout the day.

I can't explain how I feel other than like I've got a terrible hangover. Dr's and midwives say it's normal to feel rubbish and there appears nothing wrong on blood tests, blood pressure is fine and my BMI is perfect. They say it'll get better over time but I'm struggling to cope, I'm single, I have a 3 year old, a job and I'm a student and feeling like this is really taking its toll. I'm constantly exhausted and feeling sick and dizzy. I used to take a lot of pride in my appearance now I can barely summon the effort to wash after I've done everything else.

What can relieve this feeling!?! 😩

I felt like this with both of my boys! Second trimester was always difficult because of this. It DOES go though! I honestly don’t think much worked, just make sure you’re drinking plenty and eating regularly

Could you be having some sort of recurring headache that is causing this? After I have a migraine (I get the aura ones and lose my eyesight) my head throbs and I feel hungover for a few days. If I don't re-hydrate (by drinking a lot of extra water for a couple of days) the feeling will last longer. Take care of yourself and it may go overnight, I have had weird pains/cramps in different parts of my body that have come on and then just disappeared for no apparent reason. You have a lot on your plate so don't underestimate it could be stress related - I like to have a good rant and hit the crisps when I am stressed (luckily I have GD so cannot this pregnancy) but I am sure yoga and long baths are to be recommended!!!
