Hey girls.

OMG, I am in so much pain!

Lower back, and round ligament in the front. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to ease the pain? I’ve been using a hot water bottle on my back but daren’t put it on the front. I’ve also been taking paracetamol which doesn’t really seem to touch the sides!!

I am 14 + 4..

Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

C x

The only thing that helped me was taking a very warm (but not too hot!) shower. It helped loosen and relax me. It does get better for a while but is now back at 24w, rolling over in bed, or sneezing, hurts!!!!

I sneezed yesterday and it was very painful, seem to be creeping up out of nowhere! The lavender oat bag things you can warm up seem to work a treat and once it’s cooled slightly I do put it on my sides near the front

What does this feel like? I was shopping yesterday and my tummy started to ache, more muscular than an internal pain. Just at one side. I’m 22+6wks

firsttimechloe91 · 17/11/2017 07:24

@teabagfreak it feels like a tugging or elastic band pinging!

It can happen when you move suddenly. Mine happens when I move and then it aches for a ages afterwards! I work in a restaurant so the pain is hideous when I’m walking about all day!

Thank you for all your advice though ladies! I will give them a try! X
