Recommendations for sleeping bras!

Hi all

Any recommendations would be appreciated. My boobs are giving me real problems at night. During the day I’m ok as I’m supported. But at night every time I move around my boobs feel like they are being stabbed with hot needles! Tried a sleeping bra I found on line but had to lose it last night as it was too tight and make it worse.

Anyone got a particular brand or type they could recommend. Hoping this will only be a problem during the first trimester but just in case!

I had the same problem in the first trimester and I wasn't even able to sleep as my boobs were hurting so much.

I went to Mothercare (as nowhere else seemed to sell my size) and bought a few maternity bras and they were a life saver.
From the very 1st night that I wore them, I had no problems with my boobs and got a good nights sleep.

I think they are brilliant. Really comfortable too, so good to sleep in.

I loved (and still do) Genie bras - they’re basically supportive crop tops. Sooo comfy. I wear them now over my nice lacy bras if I don’t want any bumps/lines showing through my outfit. All in all a good investment.

Emily jane stretchy bras are great and will see you through the early weeks of breastfeeding because they cope well with the changing size of your boobs. I still wear mine at night.

I am living in asda george 'comfort' bras at the moment and I sleep in them too. They are crop top style with padding in, which makes me feel supported and helps my sore nipples from feeling too exposed. I don't have a large busy though (c/d cup).

I sleep in the Kindred Bravely Terry comfort bras, they're soft, but nice and supportive too, you can get them on amazon.

Im not pregnant but have recently started sleeping in a supportive crop top and it is making a big difference. Previously Ive tried sleeping in a bra and have always take it off after about half an hour because it isn't comfortable. Will hopefully stop my boobs trying to reach my knees..

Sainsbury’s padded crop top bras are great. I live in mine! £8!

Molke...not cheap but super comfy!

I just went to Primark and got a couple of bras shaped like a sports bra but softer so my boobs get supported but not squashed. Really happy with them and they were dirt cheap.
