Spotting bright red

Hi, I spot bright red on nov 10, but only for 1 wipe. Then again 3 days later (with symptoms like tender breasts, bloating, low back pain and cramps) started spotting bright red again. My periods are very regular and never this light or weird. I am sexually active with my bf with contraception, however we don’t use it for the first part of sex.
I need some help! Thanks

If your period is due and the test is negative, it's probably your period starting. If the pregnancy test is positive, you are pregnant.
