38 weeks and sudden weird mouth/teeth pain and sickness

38 1/2 weeks, and today / tonight I’ve come over with a couple of weird symptoms / random ailments....

Firstly, my teeth and gums have suddenly out of nowhere started aching. I feel like I need to rub my gums. Brushing helps for about an hour. Very sensitive too. Not red or sore to look at.

Next, I’ve had really bad wind all night (of the burp variety)

Finally, in the last hour, I’ve started feeling sick but like that early morning sickness sick where it’s just frothy / foamy

Anyone else had similar?! Is it just another one of those pregnancy things?! Had nothing like this in my last pregnancy!

Sounds like typical symptoms to me. Teeth are known to weaken during pregnancy and the burping thing I had myself (DH was so freaked out as I never burp & they sounded like a mans! How gross!) and I had the sick too every morning whilst I was gagging on the toothbrush! The joys of being pregnant but hopefully not long to go for you! I was 2 weeks overdue so was I well ready to have DS!

Thanks ladies, I can’t believe I’ve managed to get this far and then bam, it all comes at once! Certainly haven’t had an easy pregnancy, but I thought the most I’d be focusing on now was aches , pains and waiting for labour!

Well since I originally posted, I’ve become sniffly and feeling a bit head coldy, possibly sinusy, so I have a feeling I could be coming down with something - just what I need at the end of pregnancy with a toddler at home too!

Oh no hope you'll be okay. I had terrible virus during pregnancy and coughed for about 4 weeks straight when I was about 30 weeks. It doesn't help when not much you can take for it. Try rest up and hope somebody can look after your toddler for a little hope to give you a break.
