I posted this in conception but think this might be a better place. In your experience did implantation cramps and bleeding occur at the same time?
I can't remember with my first, I got implantation bleeding but can't remember about cramps.
This month cramps woke me up about 8dpo, very painful, made me feel shaky and I had to take a paracetamol. Now at 11dpo I have a small amount of pinky blood on wiping 3 days before my period is due. I'd have thought they would coincide. Not sure if I'm pregnant or not as too early to test (not that that's stopped me stupidly testing for the past 3 days!)
Did anyone have similar?
