I've just tried this but it is only giving me 12.5% off? My order is for £30 and only giving me £3.75 off my order. I know it's only 75p difference but it's annoying!

Hi @CharlotteBMumsnet, thank you but my mistake, sorry. I have since realised it is giving me 15% off the item (£25) and no discount on the personalisation (a named Santa sack) which now makes sense!
