Really need help. Extremely sore lump on c section scar

Mums that have had a c section got a few questions.
So I had my little girl through emergency c section nearly 10 months ago now and I’ve had problems with the scar since it’s healed.
It healed fine but every couple of months it gets so sore to the point I can’t move.
When it gets this sore I feel a lump under the scar on one side.
What could it be from? Anyone else had it?

Don't ask on mumsnet book an appointment with your gp or call 111 / out of hours number if it gets worse.
You need a scan / to be looked over. Get all lumps checked out no one here can really give you advice I think it's just best to see your doctor

I have adhesions, it could be that?
Occasionally have agonizing pain that stops everything I’m doing.
No lump though.
Google around, and definitely make an appointment with GP or similar.
