I believe the Clearblue ones are most accurate if AF is late (sorry I've never had the coil so am totally ignorant to whether you have a period).
Could you want until tomorrow to use FMU for a more accurate result?

I’ve just picked up these cheapy ones until I can get to Boots tomorrow for a FR or Clearblue. They’re showing negative??

I’ve had the coil for 5 years (due to have it replaced next week!) and I’ve probably only had a handful of periods in that time so I regularly take tests just to be on the safe side but I’ve never had one come up with a line before.

The first one is definitely showing a positive result. Sometimes the strips take longer to show a positive result

The strips are both still showing negative. I’ve got another one so I’ll try that first thing in the morning but I’m really hoping that first test is just an evap line

Sorry it's not the result you want. Hope you have real life support also? Can I ask what made you test if you have a coil?

OP I'd try a FRER?

I take tests every couple of months just to rule out pregnancy because I don’t really get a period. I’m in a relationship and we don’t use any other form of contraception so it’s just for peace of mind really as the coil is only 99% effective.

I did the 3rd stick test this morning and that’s come up negative too. I’m really confused. I think I’ll wait a few days and test again but I’m feeling positive that the first test was either faulty or just an evap.

I did another test this morning (clear blue) and it’s negative. I’ve got to be honest I’m relieved. Right now just isn’t the right time for us to have a baby.
