11 weeks pregnant and bleeding

I first noticed bleeding 5 days ago (at 11 weeks pregnant), when I wipe. When i noticed bleeding I made my way straight to a&e to be told It's quite common and was also told I had a urine infection to which I have been given antibiotics for. Since then my bleeding has contiued, its red/pink when I wipe also notices a little bleeding/Light brown discharge on my liners a couple of time (sorry about the detail). I went to see my doctor today who has put me forward for an early scan she also mentioned my BP was high too. So now waiting for my scan date to come through hopefully within the next day or two. Have any of you been in this in situation, what was the outcome? Btw this is my pregnancy.

I didn't have high BP, but in both of my pregnancies I had bleeding. My first was at 12 weeks, the day after my first scan and it was found to be a retrochorionic haematoma which just bled away on its own. And in the second pregnancy, no cause was found for the bleeding but I experienced it around 8 weeks.

I know it's difficult but try to wait for the scan at the Early Pregnancy Unit. That was where I got my answers. Unfortunately A&E aren't in a position to do too much investigation. Do you know how long you'll have to wait to be seen at EPU?
