...and now bump is hurting.
Slipped outside on pavement slabs, didn't hit my stomach but may have pulled something?
Bump is quite sore now, even lying down on my left side. Should I be worried?

20 week scan tomorrow so I guess there's nothing I can do?

You probably have pulled something. I fell a couple of times during my last pregnancy - once with a kettle of boiling water and once smashing the iPad. Grrrr. I was sore after both falls but each time was assured that I wouldn't have done anything to the baby.

I would just mention it at the scan tomorrow unless it gets any worse.

Thanks for your replies. Have to take dc1 to a party now so I'll just try and take it easy and mention it tomorrow like suggested.

I know it's horrible.. But at this stage they couldn't actually do anything to help me anyway could they?

Do you know if you’re rhesus negative or not? You may need the anti-D shot if there’s a risk there’s bad bruising or a small bleed inside. Agree can probably wait til tomorrow, but I’m sure your midwife won’t mind you calling if you’re worried.
