My MW's had some that you could borrow. You then made a donation so that they could buy more or replace the older ones when needed.

I think they are all much of a muchness

I rented from Boots because I didn't want to faff about with posting it back if I rented by mail order

Make sure you check it works and you have all the bits ahead of time.

Tesco - good and cheap, good design (same as boots), you get clubcard points, you don't have to post it back just hand it over (and I knew that someone from my household would definately be in tesco within days of me giving birth!)

they're not all the same, but pretty similar. i need one that's simple to use and has a boost function. I need a clip to clip it to dressing gown pocket (think that's standard).

this one is great - if you order it online an advisor will call you to arrange delivery and explain what you do/answer questions.

I ordered mine from Babycare TENS and ordered it special delivery so came next day. It has new pads and seems very easy to send back (get envelope to send it in and instructions).
