I had this experience for 3 days with a really light period, kinda worried. Is it normal??

How far along are you?

JuliaNB · 30/10/2017 14:30

I don’t even know if I’m pregnant Lol
I’m only 26... couldn’t be menopause right??

There would be something seriously wrong with you if you went into menopause at 26! I started going into menopause shortly after my 44th birthday and that was considered early.

If you're pregnant it might be breakthrough bleeding, which is fairly common. Maybe think about taking a pregnancy test? If it turns out negative then just put it down to one of those things.

Well the thing is... I took 2 tests. Both negative, but very shortly after bleeding/Dc

No way it will Be the menopause!! How late was your period?

JuliaNB · 30/10/2017 14:47

It was 1 day early but, what I wanna know is can you have a period and no cramps what so ever?

Yes, there are plenty of people who never get cramps. I never had cramps with my period until I hit my late 30s. Sometimes you just get a light period with no cramps; it's just something that happens.

Expectingbsbunumber2 · 30/10/2017 15:01

Yeah it's possible.

JuliaNB · 30/10/2017 15:03

Hmm..

Pregnancy also could be a possibility?? Reason I ask is because my breasts and areola have prominent veins

If your period was early I wouldn't say you were pregnant.

JuliaNB · 30/10/2017 15:17

Well it was like a super light period. I only had semi alot when I would wake up the next day..

I've had that intermittent bleeding with endometriosis at random points in my cycle

Nadeynoo · 30/10/2017 15:36

But I always had a proper period too

JuliaNB · 30/10/2017 15:48

I’ve always had bad cramps! I mean this time around I got like faint cramps that’s about it

I never used to have cramps until after I started the pill so it's definitely possible to bleed and have no cramps. So 10 years of none.
I've also experienced lighter periods despite being pretty regular but never had a cause for them. Sometimes your body reacts differently.

JuliaNB · 30/10/2017 16:51

I’ve never been on bc. I’ll always had regular periods. This month is outta whack!
