I'm waiting for an appointment to come through to see a physio at Princess Anne in Southampton about some piriformis issues I'm having in pregnancy. Feels like a trapped nerve in my glutes, thigh area especially when standing from sitting or turning over in bed. I've been told it's around a 3-4 week wait but I do have the option of seeing a private physio on Monday instead. I'm torn between whether to wait (the discomfort has eased over the last week but last week it was unbearable) or see the private one on Monday. The private option will cost me around £60.00. Has anyone had any experiences with seeing the physio at this particular hospital?
