Any tips for calming down? I'm 5 weeks pg with DC2 and last time it actually freaked me out a bit how angry I could get. At my worst I felt like punching people who brushed past me in the street. Plus I was in real danger of getting into a sticky situation at work by not being able to bite my tongue - especially when no-one knew in the first trimester.
So, any tips for keeping on a bit of an even keel, for the sake of my personal relationships / career?
