Swollen Labia lip (TMI) is this part of pregnancy??

Hi all
My down below has been very itchy and I couldn't help but itch but now one of my labia lips is swollen sore and red, is this normal during pregnancy? I'm very uncomfortable. It is the weekend so I can't get a doctors appointment, is there anything I can use on it? I tried e45 cream & sudocrem but it burns and makes it more sore! Sorry for TMI but I'm so uncomfortable right now I can't sleep :(

Can you not see your out of hours doctors up at the hospital or speak to a midwife? Swollen labia is somethig that happens during pregnancy as the blood flow increases but they shouldn't be sore.

Itching could be thrush. Do you have any discharge?
