11 week cramps ..

Hi everyone..
Im 11 weeks now..
Had scans already all was ok at 5 and 8 weeks

Iv always had twinges & cramps but tonight they are stronger like someone's pullingggg

Anyone had this? Like pressure down low and in lower back?

I'm not bleeding at all just want wise words as I'm on my own with 2 children already xxxxx

I had it and panicked but it was only round ligament pain-apparently early but nothing to worry about :)
