Hi I’ve just found brown blood in my pants and when I wiped... so it’s friday night so do I call 111? Obviously during day I’d call midwife so not sure at this time of day or if they would do anything if I did

Call 111, see what they say. It's probably nothing, but even so, better safe than sorry. Let me know what they say. x

Call 111, they'll schedule a scan for Monday if you don't have a self referral epu.

Brown is good, it's old blood. I hope everything is ok.

I spoke to 111 last night and rang EPU this morning. She advised I rest and has booked me in for a scan on Monday. She said should it get worse then to call back sooner. Luckily it’s not coming up on a pad it’s only when I wipe so not too much but it is more red now then brown. Got everything crossed it’s not a miscarriage
