the title says it all really.

I had it when pg with DS in 2005 but managed to keep it under control (just) with diet. I'm 10 wks pg and starting to worry that I'll get it again. Is it a given that once you get it you always will for subsequent pgs?

nope, not a given youll get it second time round, watch your diet a bit though.

thanks - there is some hope then!
TBH my diet became awful with DS just before I was diagnosed. I craved carbs and anything sugary. I don't have that with this one (so far so good) so fingers crossed.
