Can you use. Bazuka in pregnancy on finger

So I appear to have a wart pop up. First ever. It's actually painful and catches on stuff. Can I use the treatment on it.?

I can't see why not. It only freezes the skin!

I don't think so. It is salicylic acid which you are supposed to avoid in pregnancy.
