November baby, clothes?

Okay so I'm going through everything I already have and seeing what else I need. Just wondering, should baby wear short sleeve grows with 'sleepsuits' on top? I know layering it better but I literally have no clue, don't want to over or under buy on certain things!

Depends on how warm your house is I'd say. We have short sleeve vests from dc1 because he was born in April, but I've bought long sleeve ones for under his old babygros because our house tends to be a bit colder than others (because I hate stuffy heat or having a fire lit all day). If I was going out with November baby I'll probably put a short sleeve vest, long sleeve babygro and cardigan on, rather than having three long sleeves because shops, activity centres, friends houses etc are always so warm. Baby should wear one layer more than you but no more than four, including blankets.
