I saw midwife yesterday (not my usual one) and after looking through my notes I’ve noticed she’s wrote something in the urine, CO2 and fetal movements section that I can’t properly read.
She never checked my CO2 levels (which would be normal) and never felt babies position. (Had attended a fetal med scan previous so no need)

In the urine section, it looks like ++2 or ft2 or h2? Then What looks like lemc I’m in the CO2 section (although the first 2 letters are in the urine section so not sure if they are related)
Then something that looks like, asymstone? Where the fetal movements section is, so actually looking again it looks like one whole sentence maybe.

Anyone have any ideas? If it’s helpful I can always post a pic!

It sounds like on the urine dipstick you had ++ leucocytes (white cells, which can be a marker of infection) and then maybe she has written asymptomatic (i.e. you don't have any symptoms of a urinary tract infection).

Could it be "NC" in CO2 as that could stand for not checked.

For feral movement my midwife just asked if I had felt them and I said yes. She put "YES" into the box.

Thankyou! She did ask if I had any burning/stinging so that makes sense!
Should she have sent a sample of do you know or will it just be left until my next appt?

I think leucocytes can just be contamination e.g. if you have a lot of discharge. Positive nitrites are a better indicator of infection. Since you don't have symptoms it seems reasonable not to send it off, I think they are more interested in testing it to detect protein which could indicate pre-eclampsia.

Just for information, the midwife found leukocytes in my urine, I had no symptoms at all, they sent the sample off and when it came back the doctor prescribed antibiotics just in case. Call her to check if it would make you feel better.
