me and dh went looking for pram and nursery furniture at weekend and came across a place in kempston in beds, its fantastic, called 2 left feet, they have a website you can order online but the showroom is amazing, so many prams and nursery sets and u could take the prams outside push them around try fitting in your car, the staff were fantastic and prices competitive if u live in area go there its great, they even have a coffee shop, me and dh spent 3 hours there, happy shopping x

Yes, their online reputation isn't at all great. Several MNers have had huge problems with them.

we are expecting delivery in 2 weeks now im a bit nervous, what problems have people had?

cc being charged then the goods not arriving for a loooooong time, and promised refunds not being made. maybe going in person is better

had a looooong wait for the goods on my first order (online), despite continued promises that my delivery was "imminent" & CC had been debited some weeks earlier.

Needless to say that was my first & only order.....

hopefully they have better customer service if you shop in person.

wow, wasnt aware of this and have 2 trouble free on line orders for high chair and car seat, I guess you can be lucky or unlucky!

Hia i ordered a quinny buzz change bag online with them, took 4 months to arrive, made countless phone calls and emails to them only to be told that the delivery had not been made to them, should have shown out of stock online surely? but they still took my money. Also they are on the watchdog website for bad delivery times, One woman ordered a buggy tray 7 months ago and is still waiting!. Be carefull

I have had lately problems with BLOOMING MARVELLOUS- they have been blooming dissapointing ! Ordered a Stokke high chair - they sent me one which has been used and with missing screws- GREAT!

They took it away- replace it with a new one, but no back seat or cushions only a faulty harness..... i 've trying to get it all sorted out for 40 days.... and just yesterday they picked up the blaaady thing!

I am never again using them.....

They were on Watchdog for having bad customer service
