Is this a positive test?

We have been trying to conceive for over 18months but I have been diagnosed with PCOS so its really difficult to know if or when I ovulate. However this month I'm pretty sure I ovulated about 17 or 18 days ago and I've been afraid to do a test in case it was negative as its the most confident I have been that we've timed everything right. Anyway, just done one this morning and I think it might be positive, am I seeing the 2nd line or not? Opinions would be appreciated!!

Well just as an update I still couldnt believe it and so just bought another test after work and it definitely says pregnant, apparently I conceived 2-3wks ago making me 4-5wks 😱 I am still in shock and cant stop staring at it!! THANK YOU to everyome for their comments and well wishes, means a lot xx

Congrats ! I’m a woman with pcos as well who was without a period for 14 months. Can understand how you’re feeling right now ! When I saw the positive on mine I couldn’t stop crying and telling my dh it wasn’t true and that I couldn’t believe it.

I’m now 14w and still can’t believe it :)
