I have been looking at taking Evening Primrose Oil. I am just short of 38 weeks and have had several sweeps so far to get baby moving but it just is not budging.

Has anyone tried Evening Primrose Oil Orally only and what were the results?

Hi.

I took it with my last pregnancy and didn’t notice anything different taking it than I did not taking with previous pregnancies.

Thanks for replying.

How much were you taking?

I think you're supposed to start with a low dose and build up from your 38th week. Don't think there's any scientific evidence it works though!

I was taking two 1300 capsules a day from 36 weeks along with RLT capsules.

I took it for the last few weeks of my pregnancy, nothing happened, I was induced.
