Help!!

I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my first baby , I'm 18 years old and a very petite girl. I've been having to deal with a lot of stress recently (list is endless) and recently I've been getting unbearable pains in my lower stomach and back, I feel so sick all the time but never actually have been sick. I can hardly move to get out of bed. No bleeding just very worried! Is this normal?

The nausea is very normal for early pregnancy. Some aches and pains are really normal in the tummy and lower back in pregnancy as there is a lot going on in there and everything is moving and stretching to make room and your ligaments etc are also looser. Unbearable pains that go on for any length of time or stop you from getting on with your day sounds like you need to get checked over by a midwife or doctor though. What sort of pains have you been getting is that like an ache or bloating or stabbing pain and how long have the pains been going on for? Also have you had your booking in appointment with your midwife yet to get the first scan booked in? Midwives are really good at being able to answer your questions and reassure you as to what to expect.

Not being able to get out of bed due to nausea sounds normal, or it was for me anyway.
Bu, the pain and not being able to move? No. It doesn't sound snormal.
Can you give any more information? Have you had a booking in appointment?

Hello everyone who replied- had doctors appointment and found out it was a bladder infection (which was causing lower stomach pain) been given antibiotics however been put on high risks because of my weight. Thankyou for all advice xx

Ah hope the antibiotics start to work and you start to feel a bit better soon :-)
