Bad headache

I'm 20+4 and have high risk pregnancy. Currently on blood thinners and I have PIH so am on medication.

I've had a really bad headache all day and can't shift it with paracetamol.

Can I wait until tomorrow to get my blood pressure checked out or do I need to call triage?

It's not debilitating but it's bad enough I'd be taking Solpadeine if I wasn't pregnant - it's like a migraine pre-cursor intensity.

Told me to call Dr first thing so I'll try to sleep and do that.

Thank you - I'll try to head to bed in a bit.

The tablets make me feel a bit rotten too which probably doesn't help 😔

I had monstrous headaches last week. They made me feel really unwell. Midwife suggested my blood sugar level had dropped so I should drink more but also up my calories. It definitely helped. Might be worth having a jam sandwich before bed??
