Iv treated thrush before with a pessary and cream earlier in the pregnancy but I'm now 39+4 weeks and wondered if it's still safe to use the pessary at this stage? Everything feels really low down and loads of pressure down there so I don't want to break my waters Shock

Yes, perfectly safe. They just say no to use the applicator (but that goes for any time in pregnancy) as it's always a risk you could break your waters with it. Just use your finger. With my first, I used the pessary the day before I went into labour.
