Week 7 and lost all my pregnancy symptoms

am 7 weeks pregnant, I had a miscarriage back in July with our first baby and so I am very cautious with this pregnancy. Up until this week I have had unbearably sore breasts, so sore that I went and bought a comfort bra so I could walk around, I was really unwell with nausea (no vomiting) all of the 6th week of this pregnancy and could hardly stomach a car journey let alone the thought of food. I woke up on the day I turned 7 weeks pregnant and every single symptom has disappeared!! No sore boobs, no nausea, my appetite is back. The only symptom I have is that I pee 3 times a night but that's it. We have a ultrasound booked in for 11th October and I'm terrified that we won't hear a heartbeat. Can anyone reassure me or give any advise....

Mum2be, I know this is easier said than done but please try not to panic. Symptoms come and go in the first trimester. I have a history of miscarriage and there were days with this pregnancy that I felt like all my symptoms had disappeared, only for them to ramp up a day or two later. I'm now 9+2 and have seen baby's strong heartbeat twice. Go easy on yourself and enjoy the non-nausea days while they last! x

With all 4 of my pregnancies my symptoms stopped at 9 weeks, as in one day I woke up and felt 'normal' again.

I have 3 healthy children and I'm 16 weeks pregnant currently so please try not to worry, I know that's easier said than done Flowers

Sorry for your recent loss Flowers
I know its easy for other people to say but please try and enjoy your pregnancy in the moment , I'm currently 19w+4 and I don't feel pregnant it can be so disheartening Sad

But we have to keep in mind our body's are doing something incredible and our babies couldn't be in a better place at this moment! I hope you become less worried and can enjoy this as much as you can X

@mum2bemay22 Please please try not to panic. I was exactly the same at around 7-9 weeks and I convinced myself I'd lost our rainbow baby... We're now 33 weeks and about to go on maternity leave. Please try not to worry (as someone who has experienced loss I know this isn't easy)

Thank you everyone for replying, I honestly thought I wouldn't get any responses! I'm just so paranoid and until I see a heartbeat, I won't be fully relaxed. Will let you know either way on Tuesday!! Wish me luck!!!

I had this exactly. Symptoms disappeared at week 7. Now 34 weeks with a health baby boy Smile
