So I've finally (after 18months of trying) got a positive pregnancy test. Woohoo.

But it's my first pregnancy and I've got absolutely no idea what I'm meant to be doing or if I've missed anything.

I've switched to pregnancy vitamins, booked myself in with the midwife and had a booking in appointment arranged for early November, halved my caffeine intake and talked to my husband about testing options.

Is there anything else I should be doing/organising/booking or do I just pootle along as normal until I've seen the midwife while trying not to panic too much?
