Leaking

Hi!

I'm 20+3 and the past few nights my boobs have been leaking a lot. I've been having to sleep with a sorts bra on to stick my nipple pads in but it's so uncomfortable, I was wondering if there are any better ways of containing the leakage at night?

Try to avoid stimulating them as much as possible, wear a well fitting and supportive bra, without underwire, and use the breastpads to absorb any overflow. Later in your pregnancy you could collect the colostrum to give to the baby but it's too early yet so best to leave it alone.

What are you finding uncomfortable? The pads or the bra? You can get reusable pads which are less sweaty.

I try to avoid touching them at night but when I lie on my side, they leak.

It’s the sports bra that I find uncomfortable. I’m trying to think of what I can do at night so I don’t have to wear it but don’t leak everywhere lol
