Hi, do you need to limit the amount of salmon you eat when pregnant? Thanks!

I love salmon and I told my midwife I was eating it about 3 times a week and she said try not to have it more than twice a week, and if you do eat it make sure its cooked fully x

No but you do with tuna and swordfish because of the mercury content.
