It's sex, not gender. Sex refers to our biological condition, male or female, based on our XX or XY chromosomes.

Gender otoh is a power play in which certain distinct roles and characteristics are assigned to the different sexes, with those roles and characteristics assigned a place in a hierarchy and valued differently.

Sex - it could be a boy or a girl I guess. Gender - time and how you bring it up will tell....

Gender - made up old nonsense that oppresses women, so here's hoping new baby rejects it.
