6 weeks pregnant tomorrow nothing seen on scan, not even gestational sac

I am 6 weeks tomorrow and had an early scan today and nothing was seen not even a gestational sac - I was told expect the worst anyway I think even the dr was baffled as he has just rang and wants to repeat bloods but so far my hcg levels are currently 1916. 2 days ago they where 994 and 2 days before that 603 so they are rising perfectly but they just cannot find evidence of pregnancy
I had internal scan and My tubes where checked and nothing could be seen but she did mention I have a tilted uterus so I am hoping the little bean is hiding somewhere
Does anyone have any experience with this as so far in these first few weeks have been a complete rollercoaster and I don't think I can take anymore heartache xxx

Please have a look on a similar thread I created a few months... I was distraught thought I was going crazy and private gyneo was awful... well I'm now 32 weeks :) hope it goes ok for you

Hcgs dropped from 1916 to 713 so looks like 4th miscarriage imminent

Hi thank you for the thoughts ☺️ I currently having a miscarriage and started to bleed heavily yesterday but I feel I finally have closure on the whole horrible experience

I have also demanded to be seen at Liverpool women's hospital it is about a 3 hour drive each way but I think I may get more answers then my hospital so fingers crossed xxx

I'm so sorry big big hugs, and yes hopefully the bigger hospital will give you the answers you need.
