Can anyone recommend something to help ease headache in early pregnancy? Im 6+5 and plagued with them at the minute but dont really want to take paracetamol.

Why don't you want to take paracetamol? It's perfectly safe in pregnancy and the obvious choice.

Plenty of water, sleep and paracetamol. I know you don't want to but it's perfectly safe and it's easy to get a hold of.
Unless there's a reason not to take it, I'd phone up your GP or take to a pharmacist for suggestions.

When paracetamol didn't even touch my migraines in early pregnancy I bought one of the sticks that you rub on your head after someone on here recommended it on here. They actually worked really well I got mine from boots.

I second the 4head stick. It's the only thing I need to ease my headaches (I haven't taken a tablet for a headache since I discovered it).
(The migraine strips didn't work for me personally, but everyone is different).
I suffer badly with them, and I mentioned the 4head stick to my midwife and it's fine to use during pregnancy. (It cleared the banging headache I had during labour as well). I never go anywhere without mine.

I used the 4head stick and also the stick on 'Kool' pads for children with fevers. They sort of masked the pain, I don't know. The tingly feeling made it more bearable somehow. I think semi regular paracetamol for when it's really bad though.

Paracetamol is the recommended pain relief in pregnancy. I would take it if your headaches are that sore
