Hi ladies

I just had to share somewhere! I suffered a cervical ectopic pregnancy last year, which was truly awful and nearly ended my life.

Determined to have baby #2 we have been trying again since about April this year.

This happened this morning. I'm shaking!!

So happy and so terrified. I pray to the universe that we get to take this one home 🙏🏻

I commiserated my 40th birthday last month so the stats are not with us. The next 12 weeks are going to be very scary indeed. Got to try and stay positive and take each day as it comes.

Hurray for my baby bean, stay safe little one.

Hi DT2016,

Saturday i got a BFP after a miscarriage in July, i cried when i saw it and took another test 20 minutes later, its the best and most nerve wracking news ever.

As you said the next 8 weeks have got to fly by, all we want is a healthy baby!!!

(because i haven't missed AF i have no real way to track due date, but i think end of May)

Fingers and Toes crossed for us all!!

So excited and nervous!!!

Thanks LJFM2B Congratulations to you too and sorry to hear of your loss. TTC is such a rollercoaster.

My last period was 4 September and Ovia says my due date is 11 June. I am 4 weeks today. Very early days. The downfall of knowing and tracking your cycle is that you find out your pregnant so early and the wait to the magic 12 weeks is even longer.

Thanks weasledee. I will come and find the June group. Xx

i know DT2016 i said to my DH that this time round i would wait as long as i could to do a test because i just didnt want to know, but then after a whole week of various symptoms and just feeling like i was pregnant i thought i HAD to find out and also wanted to know if i was imagining it or not ... also with my situation of there being no AF after my MC i would of had to have gone to the doctors to let them know soon anyway if it wasnt because of a pregnancy.

Roller coaster is certainly one way to explain it, very envious of these lucky people who concieve the first few months and have no complications - THATS THE DREAM!!!

Im currently telling myself my DD is 1st June, but ill have to wait a whole lot longer before i actually know.

How are you feeling in yourself?

Laura2018 · 03/10/2017 13:50

DT2016 Congratulations. I had an ectopic early this year, It was the worst thing that has ever happened to me, so I understand what joy/worry you must be feeling right now. I am going to take a PT tomorrow, wish me luck. All the best in your pregnacy xxx

LJFM2B · 03/10/2017 14:47

Good Luck Laura2018 i hope you get your BFP but i know its a very odd feeling because as soon as you get the excited feeling you also feel like you need to suppress the excitement straight away "just incase" prepair for the worst etc as if your protecting yourself! ... from various threads iv now realised im normal for feeling this way!!!

Best of luck x

DT2016 · 03/10/2017 15:05

Thanks @Laura2018 So sorry to hear of your ectopic. Best of luck for your test tomorrow. Keeping everything crossed for you.

@LJFM2B I'm feeling pretty normal so far to be honest. Started gagging a bit in the shower this morning tho after breakfast! How attractive! I'm expecting the real nausea and tiredness to kick in when I'm about 6 weeks. I am going to try not to moan about it too much tho as this baby is so wanted and it's part of the journey.

How are you feeling? X

Being a woman is tough haha

DT2016 · 03/10/2017 17:14
