Please tell me I'm close...

I'm 40+4 weeks, been having really heavy period-like cramping frustratingly on and off for about two weeks and then (finally!) a bloody show last night and today. Definite contractions all day today but still only 20 mins to half an hour apart. Totally different to DC1 who was early so obviously hyper aware of every twinge and not wanting it to stop now. This sounds like proper labour is imminent, yes? Really really really don't want to be induced.

Snap!!! Its so frustrating! Im being induced tuesday but tonight is awful. My bloody show is getting redder, ive just emptied my bladder 4 times in 5 mins only for baby to make me need to pee again 5 mins later!! I feel like hes going to fall out hes so low!! (Be so good in a way 😂) but yes i really really hope we are both close too!

Well i would pretty much guarantee you'll not be waiting another fortnight lol..!!

I had very little bleeding. It was just little brownish discharge in morning. The next morning the baby was in my arms. It was so relaxing for me. I didn't get any sever labour pain. I told many stories around me in my family. I was afraid. I asked my doctor for a c-section. Infect I had not a vaginal birth. My contractions were only for 5 hours. But that was not severe or panic. Even I fall in sleep easily. It was midnight when contractions started before two days of baby birth. Just be relax and hope for the best.
