Gender scan 16 weeks

I had my gender scan at 16 weeks I'm having a little girl! We got a preview of her in 4d and I know this sounds stupid but it looks like her nose is quite squashed and her lip is raised? I'm so worried she's got a celpt lip! Are the babies faces fully formed at 16 weeks or could this just be her face still developing??

Wait for your anomalies scan. No one on here can really reassure you. You need a proper professional who will be looking for everything possible. The scans are always distorted looking.
