Early symptoms

Hello, I'm in the 'two week wait' and due AF in 4 days. I'm having cramping and pain in lower tummy and lower back ache. I know this could just be my AF starting but Anyone had this as an early pregnacy symptom?

So early on pregnancy symptoms and aunt flos early signs are pretty much the same. Sorry but I don't think symptom spotting is at all useful and just ends up driving you crackers. Fingers crossed for you x

I usually had very sore boobs at 9dpo and cramps in lower abdomen the day before af.
The month I concieved I had none of this but I did have a mad hormonal angry cry at 14dpo and implantation bleeding at 12dpo.
Don't know if any of that helps.
