How much cramping and backache did you have early on

Ok so I'm 6 weeks pregnant and had an awful sleep last night and started to worry I was have quite bad backache really low down and then slight cramping (not 2 painful but enough to make me uncomfortable) the abdominal cramping generally went from 1 side to another and also even down my legs slightly
Is this normal? I believe I'm about 5+5 weeks
How much is 2 much? I have had no blood and still have pregnancy symptoms.

I am just slightly paranoid as I had 3 mc's last year but had my bloods drawn Thursday then 48 hours later and they are doubling at 67 hours and yesterday results was 994. Is this quite low?

I wouldn't want to say if it's normal or not. However I had cramping and really low back ache from when I must have been 4 weeks (before I'd done a pregnancy test) and I was convinced I was going to come on my period. I never did and I'm now 20 weeks pregnant. Try not to worry about it, I know it's easier said then done but if the midwife is happy that your hcg levels are going up then it is all looking positive

Hey I had free fluid from my Corpus Luteum on my ovary/in my pelvis. Which although isn't normal, apart from being very painful it doesn't do any harm to baby 🙂

It started out with lower backache and belly cramps (like a very severe Period/Stomach Upset) with no bleeding etc, i did end up at the EPU with a suspected Ectopic but luckily it wasn't that.

So there could be other reasons apart from a MC that you get cramping but if its very painful i would maybe try and see your nearest EPU if its a walk in and if not then it will tell you how to get a referral.

About the HCG it needs to rise 66% in 48 hours so doubling in shorter than 72 is a very very good sign!

Also in terms of levels everyone is different although to the hospital anything under 1500 is considered low because they cannot expect to see a visble interuterine pregnancy on an internal scan before HCG reaches that stage. From what i remember they like you to have over 1500 by 6 weeks so that would make you spot on hun

Wouldnt want to say "normal" but I had lots of back ache and tugging feelings in my stomach like really bad period cramps up until about 8 weeks.
Before finding out I was pregnant I thought I had a UTI or kidney infection because my stomach and back were so achy!
Hot water bottle (in a cover and over clothes) was my savior x

I just did my first positive test yesterday. The line was faint indicating very early stages (an online calculator reckons 3 weeks but I reckon 2 to 2 and a half). I am due on my period any day and am having period cramps today. I have read a lot about that being normal but it is still so worrying isn't it! I am going to the doctor's tomorrow for the first time so I pray all is going well. I have also noticed intense Irn Bru cravings when I normally don't drink fizzy drinks at all!

Im 11+4 now and had cramps on some mornings which I needed to get on all 4's for with a hot water bottle they made me sweat and retch like a period does for me. I was paranoid I was loosing the pregnancy but have had a couple scans thats reassures all is good.

7-8 weeks was the worst for me cramp wise

If your 4 weeks from the first day of your last period you are 4 weeks pregnant. Congratulations x

Lots of cramping. Full on period pains with cramps running down my legs on several occassions between 4 and 8 weeks.

Thank you for your replies, that has definitely eased my mind - I am just a nervous wreck due to my history. I even started thinking last night it was a blighted ovum as my symptoms are not very strong. I know I am just going to be a nightmare this whole pregnancy think I just need to chill now

Don't know about the bloods, but I had barely any symptoms sickness/boobs wise for weeks to begin with, it was just cramping - in fact I'm 15 weeks now and still get it!

Has anyone noticed a feeling of tightness and pulling in the lower tummy with sharp pains like you're overstretched? I'm only 4+4.

Had results back for 4th hcg and my levels have dropped from 1916 to 713 in 48 hours looks like 4th miscarriage imminent
