Hi,
I'm currently 7weeks+2 days, so quite early.. Since about a week ago I've been suffering from Morning or should I say All Day Sickness. Not sleeping too good as constantly feeling sick and recently been wanting to actual be sick altho nothing is coming up. This feeling of sickness lasts till around dinner until I can finally try and force myself to eat something. Only thing then is like most ladies you get the heartburn/indigestion.

Feel like it's way harder this time round in terms of sickness, even aches and pains. I can't remember being half as anxious as like I do this time round. Not sure if it's because I found out early, the fact I keep worrying about ectopic pregnancy even tho I don't have the signs- no bleeding no tummy pains etc.. Think I need to calm down!

Only pains at the moment is a pulling/tight feeling on the right side of lower tummy near pelvis but putting that down to everything moving around.

Just looking for any reassurance or tips on early pregnancy how to get through the sickness and worry. Many Thanks for your help in advance. xx

Hi I'm not sure how to help you stop worrying in general but just to say what you've described is very normal! The pulling sensation you mention is common and actually a symptom of early pregnancy, it's how I knew I was pregnant this time. As for the sickness, just eat what you can and look forward to 2nd trimester! Actually my sickness stopped at 10 weeks so you could be out of the woods sooner than you think

Thank you for the reassurance indigo13. Not too sure why I'm worrying so much. Praying the sickness goes soon tho. It's a horrible feeling and even tho I'm not actually sick the thought of being sick is just as bad.
Counting the weeks till Scan. Got a midwife appointment on the 10th so may ask her a few questions when I see her.
Thanks again. xx

My all day sickness lasted up until 15/16th week. It was unbearable, also with almost 30 degree heat during summer. But then it went away and I can't even remember it now as much :)

I was sick twice in the first trimester but felt sick all the time. It's horrible but it will pass

I was super nauseous and was unable to keep down my meals. Here I entered the kitchen and nausea and vomiting started vigorously. But, finally I found a remedy that worked wonder and my sickness vanished. No to morning sickness tea was a lifesaver to me.

Try to keep eating little and often, is the last thing you want to do when feeling nauseous but it does help. I find protein so things like chicken, cheese, sausage help but others find plain carbs better.

Thank you ladies.. I had it easy with my first pregnancy I can't remember any of this.
It's hard work and I hate moaning about it as I have got a gorgeous little baby inside me hopefully developing fine.

Think as I'm feeling sick all the time it's getting me down, I can't enjoy eating food it's more of a chore.. Another thing which I'm worrying about is the constant ache in the right side of my lower tummy near pelvis. It's more of a tightening feeling which I think is normal as someone on here said that was normal.
I've also wrote a separate post about this but would like your opinion if possible. Sorry it's a bit TMI but has anyone experienced like a brown tinge discharge when wiping. I think it's normal so trying not to panic about it. I'm at the midwife on the 10th of October so not sure if I should wait till I go and see her and ask her if it's normal or to phone the doctors. Just don't want the doctor to think I'm being silly! 🙈
