What are the first signs of pregnancy? Do you really feel it when you're pregnant?
I keep having this knocking in the abdominal cavity. Is that a sign of pregnancy?

If you are genuine then No sorry it isn't a first sign. It's a teeny tiny cell at this point so I don't understand why you would think knocking it is a first sign of pregnancy.

I'm not sure about that, everyone is different though so it just could be!
I had an tiny implantation bleed with my daughter halfway through my cycle and I think thats when I knew I was pregnant.
I also had twings in my lower stomach and very tender boobies before I tested!

I am really real and I just don't know what that is and because I didn't use a condom during the last sexual intercourse, I was a bit insecure.
But what could it be then? I've never had this knock before in my life.

Well in that case a pregnancy test is the right way to go. When was your last period and are you regular? If you are pregnant you would have gotten a clear result on a test over a week ago. So do a test.

But knocking on your uterus at this stage is not a sign of pregnancy. No period 3 weeks after unprotected sex is a sign of pregnancy.

Do a pregnancy test and see what the results are. I didn't really feel any symptoms until I was atleast 6 / 7 weeks pregnant
