I've had 3 miscarriages this year, mmc at 10 weeks after hb seen at 7, very early mc then twin sacs no babies lost 7 weeks.

I'm pregnant again after a month off. Felt positive as sore boobs, stretchy cramps and nausea.

Went to early scan today (due to my history) at 6.3 week post LMP. I have long cycles though and didn't ovulate until 1st September which would put me at 5.5 weeks if that is used instead.

Scan shows potential 5.5 week sac but not clear if it is or not. Nothing seen in it. Had bloods done and they are 520 hcg, which is ok if I am 5.5 weeks but still bit low, will be done again in 2 days to see if it's increased.

Sonographer didn't look hopeful. I'm devastated. Already been referred to RMC and just waiting for appointment. But I was so excited thinking I might not need it as I was pregnant.

Has anyone had an empty sac at 5.5 and hcg around 520 but a positive outcome please?

I don't have any experience to share OP but just wanted to say how sorry I am you've experienced that. I have everything crossed for a positive outcome for you Flowers

Hello choochooo, I don't have experience as such but I posted asking a similar question the other day as I am going through the same thing (this is my second pregnancy). I have a repeat scan on Wednesday next week. I just wanted you to know you aren't alone and I have everything crossed it will be positive for us both Flowers

Hi OP - I really hope this grows for you first off. Let us know how it goes. Lots of women don't see much more than a sack at that stage. Hopefully you'll get a bean at the next scan.

On another note, have you asked for a referral to a recurrent miscarriage clinic? I was referred after my third and it was so helpful and supportive. They were amazing and offered constant reassurance scans throughout this pregnancy...I can really recommend.
