EPU appointment tomorrow

Hi,

According to LMP I'm 6+1. I got a positive on a clear blue digital at 4+4 which said I was 2-3 on the indictaror. Past couple of days I have had pain on my left side and I stupidly took another clear blue for reassurance using fmu and still for 2-3. I rang the midwife due to the pain and past problems in previous pregnancies and she's arranged a scan tomorrow morning. I've had no bleeding but I'm petrified I'm losing this baby. Other than the pain I've had no symptoms of pregnancy sickness or boobs or anything. I've spent hours googling everything which obviously hasn't helped... has anyone had positive news after a similar situation? What can I expect at the scan?

I didn't have symptoms until gone 7 weeks. It also took me aggges to switch over to 2-3 weeks and I was worried too. I also had pain. I went for a scan too and was told the tests are really inaccurate and the pain was probably from the ovary that I ovulated from. I'm now 29 weeks!

Hi OP, I was sent to the EPU by my doctor for similar at around 7 weeks, pain in my left hand side, no bleeding and it turned out fine, saw the heartbeat and all was well. Good luck for tomorrow

Thanks guys for your reassurances my appointment is at 10 got everything crossed. Still not had any bleeding so hoping that's a good sign. Read they may be able to see heartbeat by now but not guaranteed so trying not to get hopes up. Will update after

All was okay they saw sac yolk and a tiny heartbeat however they've put me back a week as they think I'm between 5-6 weeks not 6+2
