Currently 8 weeks pregnant, no issues so far, had an early scan at the weekend and all seems well! The problem I've got that every time I'm going to the loo (no2) there is often blood on the tissue, it's Definatly from my bottom(sorry tmi) and it's not like I'm straining or struggling, this has happened the past 4 days and I'm wondering if I need to see the doctor??

Always best. It may be that regardless of you not straining something's caught and torn. Better to get it checked.

I found myself very constipated at the beginning (and it seems to be coming back again).

Could it be that? Could a stool softener help or a change in diet?

It's poss that your poo is so hard that you're struggling to get it out and that's causing a little tear....... sorry i couldn't think of a nicer way to say that!

Piles caused it for me but either way GP wanted to check - examination was very quick and painfree. Got cream to use.
