Hello - I am 17 weeks with baby 2 and feeling v frumpy with low energy. I have never been a religious yoga or plates person but have done a bit here and there from time to time over the years and always found it helpful in terms of relaxation but also a bit of a boost iyswim.
There is a pregnancy yoga class near me but it is on at a time that I simply cannot do due to work commitments.
I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for ones I can do at home via YouTube or similar? Nothing too advanced! I am otherwise fit and well with no medical problems or injuries to worry about.
Any help greatly appreciated
