Yoga or plates recommendation?

Hello - I am 17 weeks with baby 2 and feeling v frumpy with low energy. I have never been a religious yoga or plates person but have done a bit here and there from time to time over the years and always found it helpful in terms of relaxation but also a bit of a boost iyswim.

There is a pregnancy yoga class near me but it is on at a time that I simply cannot do due to work commitments.

I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for ones I can do at home via YouTube or similar? Nothing too advanced! I am otherwise fit and well with no medical problems or injuries to worry about.

Any help greatly appreciated Grin

Pilates Anytime or Yoga Anytime are online subscription based sites which both have pregnancy classes.
I think you get a 14 day free trial which is helpful :)
