I slept through my alarm this morning, ended up sleeping about 10 hours with one pee break about 5 hours in. Reaaon i ask is i could easily sleep more, and i could happily do it every day.

If I don't get at least 7 hours I'm napping at dinner time.

I'm 32 weeks and thought the tiredness of the 1 trimester was gone!

Nothing is too much if you need it. Your body is working a lot harder than usual. I think if I only got 7 hours when I'm not pregnant I'd be falling asleep.

I've never been one for needing sleep but I'm constantly tired and hungry. It's crazy

Yesterday I got up at 7.30, napped 1-3, dozed on the sofa at 5pm, DH got home at 5.45 so I went to bed until 6.30. Fell asleep on the sofa at 8.30, went to bed at 9.30. Up at 8am, napped 12-2.

The answer is A LOT! I'm also 32 weeks and I feel awful, usually I only need an hours nap in the day and 8 hours at night so yesterday was a bit extreme.

Thank god my 3 year old still naps!

Yeah Rosy, I feel like I just can't keep up with the sleep demand. Constantly dozy.

32 weeks and sleeping as much as I can despite the odd hours that I'll be awake for. Think the body is trying to prepare you as much as possible.
Not that it helps much for me as I have always had a terrible sleeping pattern.

I feel almost jet lagged during the hours I'm awake then get nights like tonight where I'm so overly tired that I can't sleep z
