Had an attempt at a sweep yesterday and there had been no change since a week ago so very soft cervix, 2cm length, 1cm dilated and posterior. Had lots of bh last night and bit of upset tummy. Today i am having pulling pains across lower abdomen, so under and lower part of bump, although mainly left side. Almost like tearing/stretching (or even bad constipation pains to describe it 
) is this normal after a sweep?
