Although your baby might not have settled into a routine yet once you have started to feel movements they would normally be increasing until around 28ish weeks when they usually settle into a pattern not reducing. I would call your midwife ooh triage number & ask for advice. Chances are they will want to bring you in for monitoring even if it's just to give you some peace of mind. They won't mind you calling, I've had to go in couple of times for reduced movement & have always been advised to contact them if I am worried. They would rather you go in & find its nothing than leave it. Sending you hugs I know how scary it can be xxx

If you are worries about reduced movement it's really recommended to contact your midwife office or hospital. They will be able to reassure you or check baby. Drinking cold water is normally the first step to get them moving around

No real practical advice I suppose but there are apps to track movement. Might be worth a try?? I'm 28+5 now and I've only recently started noticing a pattern as such. Early mornings and evenings are most active. Sit down, feet up as still as possible or lie on your left side after a cold drink....may feel something then. Also I've noticed days when I'm less active (days off etc) he is much less active. Not sure if that's any use.....all are different. Speak to midwife if still not sure.
Good luck. Flowers
